At Tortillería Taiyari we are excited to share our vibrant Mexican food culture with the world; we’re on a mission to bring people together through deliciously authentic Mexican products like corn tortillas, tostadas, and totopos.
Taiyari comes from the Huichol language and means “our heart”. This word has a deep meaning to us, as all that we do comes from the love and respect we have for Mexico, our food and our people.
Corn is the heart of our gastronomy and it is our aim to protect it and promote it.
Our Mexican heritage is at the heart of everything we do. For us, corn is more than just a crop—it is the center of Mexican cuisine and the fuel that helped our culture thrive for generations.
