Masa means “dough” and it’s the key ingredient for hundreds of Mexican recipes like tortillas, tamales and gorditas. Soft, fluffy, and always made fresh, we offer three masa varieties to choose from white, yellow or blue corn. We follow the traditional nixtamal method to cook the corn and then grind it with Mexican volcanic stones.
You can select between 500 grams or 1 kilogram.
The masa is freshly made and immediately frozen.
We dispatch the masa frozen. Once it arrives, let it defrost in the fridge.
Our preservative-free, organic corn tortillas are baked fresh and vacuum-sealed to secure their delicious flavor. ¡Muy importante! Our tortillas must be refrigerated. Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 5 days or freeze for up to 90 days inside a suitable, well-sealed bag.
