With Taiyari fresh corn masa you’re one step closer to making authentic Mexican recipes at home! Masa means “dough” and it’s the key ingredient for hundreds of Mexican recipes like tortillas, tamales and gorditas. Soft, fluffy, and always made fresh, we offer three masa varieties to choose from—white, yellow or blue corn. We follow the traditional nixtamal method to cook the corn and then grind it with our traditional molino that’s made from volcanic stones.

You can select between 500 grams or 1 kilogram.
The masa is freshly made and immediately frozen.
We dispatch the masa frozen. Once it arrives, let it thaw at room temperature.

We freeze our corn masa to maintain ultimate freshness. Let it stand at room temperature to defrost, then divide and knead the dough as required for the recipe of your choice, add a tiny bit of water if needed. When the masa is shipped, it will most likely arrive completely defrotsed, in this case, use it immediately or keep in the fridge up to 3-4 days. Please keep in mind we do not use any preservatives in our masa.
