Chicken mole tamales

Warm up on these winter days with the perfect comfort food: ‘tamales de mole’. Each tamal is handcrafted with our tender masa (dough) enveloping a traditional filling of poblano chicken in black mole sauce.

You can choose between 6 or 12 tamales.

They are dispatched frozen and you can reheat them in a pan or the oven.

Top them up with sour cream and crumbled feta if desired.

PREPARATION

To steam, take the tamales out of the bag and put them in a hot steamer for 15-20 minutes. For oven baking, preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the tamales out of the bag and position them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes if they’re thawed, or 20-25 minutes if they’re frozen.
