2022 was an incredible year for Tortilleria Taiyari, full of challenges and many joyful moments.

We are proud of all that we’ve accomplished and would like to share with you some of the highlights of the last year:

• We moved to our new factory! This is a significant milestone for all of us at Tortilleria Taiyari that will allow even further growth in 2023.
• In 2021 we established a new partnership with Mexican corn producers from El Valle de Mexico and in 2022 we received the first 20 tons of their beautiful blue, yellow and white native Mexican corn.
• Our new website was launched.
• We were featured in the following media:
  • the 5th edition of Miljuschka magazine as part of their “Mexico, Mi Amor” article,
  • at the Monopolitan,
  • Foro TV (a nationwide Mexican TV show),
  • We were mentioned as well on the Etenstijd! Podcast & Wat Schaft de Podcast.
• We welcomed new members to the Taiyari Familia, starting 2023 as a team of 13.

  We are thankful for all the support we’ve received from the media channels in the Netherlands and Mexico. And we are of course beyond grateful to all of you; the amazing community of Mexican food lovers who help achieve our company’s mission. From all of us at Tortilleria Taiyari, Gracias for being with us in 2022.

So, what’s in store for 2023? We will continue to produce deliciously authentic Mexican corn tortillas, tostadas, totopos and more. We hope we can be part of all your fiestas, satisfying your taco cravings and bringing the taste of Mexico to your table.
