Welcome to our Kids’ Corn Tortilla Making Workshop! This hands-on culinary adventure is specially designed for young chefs aged 10-16. Join us for a fun-filled day of learning, laughter, and of course, delicious homemade corn tortillas.

Hands-on Experience:

In this workshop, the little ones will dive into the world of tortilla making. From mixing fresh masa (corn dough) to cooking perfect tortillas, they’ll be hands-on throughout the entire process. 

They will also leave the room with new knowledge about corn, the origins of the tortilla and the popular tacos. 

Delicious creations
Of course, the best part is tasting the mouthwatering tortillas they’ve created! Your child will prepare delicious quesadillas with the tortillas they’ve made.

Age Range: 10-16 (parents are welcome).

Meet the Instructors
Karla Plancarte (Company Founder) & Tania Pescador (Marketing Manager) are both from Mexico. They both share a deep passion for Mexican food and culture. In this workshop, they will introduce Tortilleria Taiyari, the first authentic Mexican tortillería & molino in the Netherlands. And share their knowledge in Tortilla making, all things tacos and their vibrant Mexican food culture.
