INGREDIENTS

Taiyari Totopos: Mexican style corn tortilla chips. Taiyari Homemade Salsa Verde: mild green salsa made from tomatillos, jalapenos, and coriander. Taiyari Homemade Salsa Roja: medium spiced salsa made from tomatoes and chipotle and guajillo chilies.

STORAGE

Enjoy Taiyari tortilla chips within 7 days, once opened, store totopos in a well-sealed bag. Taiyari Homemade Salsas are preservative-free and best consumed within 5 days, keep refrigerated.

PREPARATION

Add totopos to a frying pan, heat on low, and cover in salsa. In a separate pan, cook eggs, and beans to serve on the side. Top with cheese, fresh coriander, diced onions, and sour cream. ¡Buen provecho!
