Spice lovers delight! We gave our deliciously authentic yellow corn tortillas a spicy kick with an infusion of guajillo chili powder. The guajillo chili is very popular in Mexican cuisine, with a mild to medium spice and a sweet finish. Each 14 cm corn tortilla is made from 100% nixtamalized corn. When the masa is ready, we add guajillo chili powder.

INGREDIENTS

Yellow nixtamalized corn, water and guajillo chili powder. That’s it! Corn/Maize (68%), and Water/water (31%) and < 1% calcium hydroxide.

STORAGE

Our preservative-free corn tortillas are baked fresh and vacuum-sealed to secure their delicious flavor. ¡Muy importante! Our tortillas must be refrigerated. Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 5 days or freeze for up to 90 days inside a suitable, well-sealed bag.

PREPARATION

Open the package and carefully separate the tortillas, then warm them in a frying pan or stovetop, no oil needed. Fill with your favorite ingredients and serve immediately. ¡Buen provecho!
